Initiations

I have an idea for initiations for everybody and new team members. It will be a way for everybody to test themselves as to how skilled they may be and what areas they need to improve as well as a way for the team to see the same thing.

Each individual must dress in complete white and be armed with an AEG with a single magazine. That individual, with a 3 minute head-start, must enter the bush and conceal himself in whatever fashion he/she desires. The rest of the team - after the 3 minutes - must locate and shoot the white target within 20-30 minutes. (This will be decided together.) The target must shoot everyone on the team to win this test. There are no respawns or medics. Once you're shot, you're out of the game.

sounds like a good idea

I just thought of this last night so, any input or opinions would help out. I just think everybody should be tested so that we, as a team, can help one another where help is needed. No one is perfect. It's part of being a team.
